Traders were already spending hours in Discord — discussing tokens, sharing alpha, coordinating entries. But researching a token still meant leaving: opening a rug checker, scanning X for sentiment, pulling up DexScreener. Every context switch cost time and missed trades. The research should come to the trader, not the other way around.
Channel architecture
The bot needed a home in Discord that felt native — not like an add-on. We designed a channel structure with dedicated scan channels, alpha feeds, and community areas that matched how traders actually used Discord.

AI report format
The core design problem: what does an AI token scan look like in a Discord message? Structured cards with risk signals, confidence levels, and social sentiment, all readable at a glance in a chat interface.

Token detail
Beyond the AI report, traders needed raw data — on-chain metrics, holder distribution, dev wallet activity. We designed a token detail view and a radar visualization for quick risk assessment.

Leaderboards
To drive engagement and retention, we added a top scanners leaderboard and rewards system — giving active users recognition and incentive to keep using the bot.

- 250+ active Discord communities using the scan bot
- 5,400+ community members
- $4M+ trading volume driven through bot-assisted entries
